Confluent Technology Group knows that maintaining and repairing your CATV equipment is critical to the success of your business. The CTG Repair Lab has extremely experienced technicians.
With a combination of multiple electronics degrees and real world experience, we have what it takes to repair your equipment efficiently and accurately at affordable prices.
All pricing is labor plus parts unless otherwise stated and subject to change. Any unit that exceeds a reasonable repair charge will be formally quoted, and sent to customers for approval before any further repairs are done.
*6 MONTH WARRANTY on all equipment repairs (6 months from date of repair) covering any and all damages due to quality of repair, workmanship, parts and delivery. Acts of God, voltage surges, liquid damage and/or accidental abuse to an item will invalidate warranty.
Our post-repair procedure leads the industry by cooking every piece (distribution and headend) for a minimum of 12 hours with power applied. Our oven is pre-heated to 115-degrees F. 100% of repaired equipment is tested according to manufacturers' specifications by a separate and dedicated Quality Control Bench Technician.
