Refund Policy NSC
NSC understands that problems may arise from time to time.
We want to be able to resolve any issues as quickly and easily as possible.
We accept returns 14 days after the date you received your order. Unfortunately, after 14 days we can't take anything back. We accept most products back, with a few exceptions. Covid related items, health and beauty aid products, and Hazardous materials may not be returned. The product being returned will need to be new, in its original package, and unused.
To get the process started, call us at 573-733-3030 or email us at email@example.com. Please have your order number handy when calling. If emailing, include the order number and the reason for your return. We will send a shipping label to you if the return is a result of our error. There's a 20% restocking fee on items returned that weren't due to our error.
Orders may be canceled, as long as they haven't left the warehouse.
Please call us at 573-733-3030 and speak to a live agent to cancel.
We will issue a refund within 2 business days. It may take 5-10 business days before you see your refund back in your account.
All refunds are subject to approval. Once your item has been returned and inspected, the refund will be applied to the method of payment used for your order.
Once the refund has been approved you should see the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your banking institute.
The shipping cost is not refundable.
We will be happy to exchange products for the exact same item in the event that it is
received damaged or defective within 3 business days of receiving your items.

Place your product in the box it arrived in. Your product needs to be new, not opened, and in its original manufacturer's package. Be sure that you include everything in your package, such as the warranty card and any cords that were included. If you are using your own label, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method. We can't guarantee the return will reach us.
